MTB House is a modern Data Centre designed as a solution for clients that require an out of London facility for colocation, Disaster recovery, Business Continuity and hosted services.
The site is carrier neutral and connectivity is available over fibre and copper. Major carrier connections are available from BT, Six Degrees Group, Virgin/NTL/Telewest and TTB. There are multiple fibre connections into the building and satellite dish space is available. Interconnects are available to most major Data Centres across the UK.
Interhost operate a 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre. We monitor the network availability and server status providing remote intelligent hands and a fully managed service.
Security
The Data Centre security is provided via an extensive IP network camera infrastructure (access to which is available to clients). There is video recording, a full perimeter alarm and any persons wishing to access the Data Centre must be visually verified.
Power
There are multiple 3 phase feeds backed up by Diesel generator power. These systems are remotely monitored and tested as are the multiple UPS devices that feed the racks. UP TO 64 Amps of power can be delivered to any individual rack.
Air Conditioning
Multiple redundant air conditioning units are available to ensure full control and management of the climate systems. |
